  • How are perishable items shipped?
    Our perishable products are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs to ensure they stay fresh during transit
  • Can I schedule my delivery date?
    While we can’t guarantee specific delivery dates, you can select your preferred shipping option at checkout. For holidays or special occasions, we recommend placing your order early.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Unless a customer selects RUSH/EXPEDITED SHIPPING we ship all orders Economy shipping. Standard shipping usually takes 2–4 business days, with order being in transit for on y 1-2 days.
  • Where does Hickory Farms ship?
    We currently ship throughout the United States from Texas or Virginia . We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay
  • How do I place an order?
    Browse our online shop, select your favorite items, and add them to your cart. Follow the checkout process to enter your shipping and payment details. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with tracking information
  • What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
    We're committed to quality and customer satisfaction. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll work quickly to make it right.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    We begin processing orders quickly, so if you need to make changes, please contact us right away. While we’ll do our best to accommodate requests, changes may not be possible once an order is in progress or has shipped.
